Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed in 24 hours during business hours Wednesday through Friday, excluding holidays. Seasonal events and holidays may result in longer processing times.  You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. Please direct all questions regarding shipping to us at thebathhouseshop@gmail.com.

We currently offer two shipping options in-store pick up and priority shipping. If you order online for in-store pick up, please allow 48 hours for processing before picking up buy online in-store orders. You will receive an email notification when your order is complete. 

Each of our shipped orders has a tracking number, and while The Bath House Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do all we can to assist you in the unlikely event you experience shipping troubles.

If a mistake has been made and you have selected in-store pick up but would like the have the order shipped. Please send an email to thebathhouseshop@gmail.com or call our physical location at (253) 301-0487.
There is a minimum of a $10 fee to have items adjusted after order placement, this fee is at the time of service.
